- I accept Independence Blue Cross, Cigna, High Mark BCBS, United and Aetna Insurances.
- I bill your insurance directly or work with a third party.
- No out-of-pocket fees.
- Reasonable rates provided for mothers without insurance coverage.
- If your insurance does not cover a visit, you will pay me directly and I will provide you with a coded receipt to submit for possible reimbursement.
- Please contact me for more details regarding insurance coverage. I know it can be confusing and I can help you sort it out.
My lactation practice is HIPAA compliant. You will be asked to sign a consent form for your lactation services and you will receive a copy of the Lactation Consultants Notice of Privacy Practice.
